Holidays run from Saturday to Saturday.
SHORT LET PRICING 2009/10

Price includes bedlinen and towels, food starter pack and is inclusive of electricity, water and gas. Set up and clear down cleaning provided.
Accommodation available from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and to be vacated by 10.00 hours on day of departure.
We require a deposit of 20% with your booking and the balance is due at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
LONG LET PRICING 2009/10
November to March 300 euros p.w. (neg.)
Payment in advance. Exclusive of gas and electricity. Guests to undertake own laundry. Set up and clear down cleaning provided.
We prefer to know your time of arrival. We will then ensure that the water/fridge/water heater are turned on and lights are left on if you are arriving after dark.
