Javea, Los Lagos

This very attractive ground floor apartment is on the unique complex of Los Lagos. It overlooks the Gorgos valley and has views to the summit of the dramatic Mount Montgo and the mountains inland. 

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard for your stay. It will accommodate four people comfortably, and an additional cot for a baby or small foam bed for a young child can be provided on request. 

The apartment is on one level with an exterior stairway at the front leading to the entrance through the naya (covered balcony with jasmine and colourful bougainvilleas), with chairs and a table for that evening drink!

Double doors open into the accommodation:

Large Living / dining / kitchen with TV, video, CD player/radio, a woodburning stove and gas heater for instant heat! Two comfortable two-seater settees, easy chair, dining table and chairs and ceiling fan.

The American kitchen overlooks the rear terrace and a door leads out to the pool and attractive gardens.  There is a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, plus gas/electric hob/ oven, food processor, kettle, and toaster.

Main bedroom with king size bed, large wardrobe, drawers.

Second bedroom with twin beds, large wardrobe.

Standalone fans and oil filled radiators are provided for the bedrooms

Bathroom & WC with shower, hairdryer, towel rack and extractor fan.

Fabulous rear terrace adjacent to the pool and gardens: table with chairs plus small coffee table and sun umbrella. (loungers in the garage below)

Two steps lead to the lawn and pool area making this a possible access for those of limited mobility.

The ground floor of 71C Los Lagos is underbuilt with garage, housing the washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge and freezer and a self-contained twin room with en-suite bathroom which is for private use and storage.

This holiday apartment is available for both long and short term holiday lets. Summer/winter duvets and pillows are on the beds and clean linen is provided for each week of your stay. For long term lets the linen is provided but you are required to do your own laundry. The apartment is cleaned both before and after your stay, but please we ask you to leave the apartment as you found it.

The lagoon style swimming pool at Los Lagos has a large shallow area especially for the children. The deeper adult pool has a palm tree island and waterfall and is linked to this shallow area.

The apartment is non-smoking, and regrettably pets are not allowed on Los Lagos complex.

To welcome you, we provide a complimentary selection of basic foodstuffs in the refrigerator and cupboards. (including milk, bread, eggs, cheese, bacon, water, etc.)

If you are looking for a very special place on the Costa Blanca for a quiet and relaxing break all year round, you will find the climate and immediate environment ideal.   During the peak holiday times Los Lagos is particularly enjoyed by families with children, and for lovers of nature there are many defined paths in the natural park and valley. The nearby village of Jesus Pobre has two small supermarkets, chemist, bank, baker, bars, and restaurants and can be reached by a short walk or by car within 3 mins. There is a larger supermarket with an excellent butcher, just 3km away on the road to Javea old town which has a variety of supermarkets and shops.
